Brooks BBQ & Chicken launched in 1966 as the first Black-owned barbecue restaurant in Fort Wayne and a forerunner to today’s food trucks. Now the fourth-generation owner Cameron Brooks continues to use his great-grandmother’s recipes to make award-winning sauces and lovingly charcoal-grilled ribs, turkey tips and fried chicken dipped in their famous vinegar BBQ sauce, and favorite soulful sides like greens, mac-and-cheese, and baked beans.

Buyamba Sandwich company began as a collaboration between the founders of two not-for-profit organizations, Empowered International and Ray of Hope Medical Missions. Our desire is to provide TOP QUALITY food products and experiences while making an impact in some of the most poor and marginalized contexts in our world. O-Cha Thai Fort Wayne is a locally owned family food and beverage vendor that started at the Fort Wayne Farmer’s Market in 2019. Our mission is to bring delicious and tasty Thai staples to our Fort Wayne community and to share our traditions and culture through our family recipes and friendly customer service.

What does O-Cha mean? “โอชา” in Thai pronounced “Oh-Chah” translates to tasty in English.
